Since then, TI Cycles has transitioned from being just a bicycle manufacturer to becoming an industry expert in mobility and well-being solutions.
Today, we are the leader in the ‘specials’ segment with nationwide presence through a network of around 11,500 primary and secondary dealers, four zonal offices and four warehouses. We have the capacity to manufacture 4 million cycles a year from three plants across India – Chennai in the South, Nasik in the West and Noida in the North. A new greenfield project is underway in Rajpura and will be operational from next year onwards. Making us one of the Leading Bicycle Manufacturers in India.

Tube Products of India (TPI) caters to the needs of the automobile, general engineering, boiler, air heater, white goods and fine blanking industries. We are the country leader in precision tubes with multiple engineering applications. Some customers of TPI include Delphi, Endurance, Gabriel, HHML, Hyundai, JBML, John Deere, Mahindra Mahindra, Munjal Showa, Omax Auto, Rane, Suspa, Suzuki, Tenneco, TML, Toyota, TRW and Wipro Infrastructure, among others.
The TPI name has carved a niche for itself through innovation and product development. At our world-class Corporate Technology Centre, application specialists work closely with auto OEMs on various VAVE initiatives to reduce weight, enhance fuel efficiency and meet safety parameters.
To supplement our in-house expertise in engineering, manufacturing and distribution, TPI has technical tie-ups with a number of bodies, including test houses like Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) and SERC–CSIR; academic institutions like Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, the AU-FRG Center for CAD/CAM, Indian Institute of Science and Colorado School of Mines; and industry tie-ups with LNP–GE Plastics, TVS Motors’ and M M’s R D division, to name a few.
Since 1965, the division has been specialising in the manufacturing of cold roll formed sections and components, and has been a preferred supplier of OEMs in various segments. Today, TIMF is a leader in manufacturing of car doorframes in India, servicing major auto OEMs in India.
The company has diversified into auto components, railways, motor casings, generator frames and is now foraying into farm implements.
In addition to roll forming, TIMF is also engaged in various metal forming activities, such as press forming, deep drawing and hydro forming. Other associated capabilities include stretch bending, saw mitering, robotic welding, stainless steel fabrication, laser cutting etc.
TIMF has manufacturing locations at Chennai (Thiruninravur and Kakkalur), Haryana (Bawal), Uttarakhand (Haridwar), Vadodara (Halol), Ahmedabad (Sanand) and Pune (Sablewadi). The plants are strategically positioned close to customers to enable timely deliveries. Also, these plants are certified for quality, environmental, and safety systems such as ISO/TS and OHSAS with relevance to the business requirements.
